Signed up for the New Years Day Dash 5 miler today - and will be starting in her shoes 30 day shred tomorrow too. Here's to good things and dumping that stubborn 5 pounds. No sugar is helping me sleep way better too.

Week 1 of HBBC
Keeping track - I ran Monday am - 3 miles, Wednesday outside for 3 and Friday for 3 - not too impressive but food has been pretty good (except for the 4 TJ Candy Jo Jo I just ate. I should not bring them into the house.

The long haul
Have got 16 miles scheduled with the group this morning- two loops of big hills. I am so ready for the kids to sleep through the night again. The newborn phase seems to be never ending even though they are two and four.

the birth
Well - here we go. My attempt at blogging begins. Let's start small here folks, a few pictures, a few thoughts and see where we go from there. Last thing I need is another reason not to clean a filthy house, get organized, control clutter etc.
Today in my life I am training for a marathon - 6 mile group tempo run; first coaching session of the season for GOTR - 10 girls; contemplating giving up the daily dose of caffeine and eating better ie time to break out the Thrive book again.
